Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced Live-out Head Housekeeper to oversee and carry out the housekeeping of their beautiful rural Grade II listed property, situated between Stroud and Cirencester in Gloucestershire.

The ideal applicant will be a highly organised and detail-oriented team leader with extensive experience in managing private households.

The Head Housekeeper will lead a team of Housekeepers and collaborate closely with the estate’s PA, Nanny, Property Manager, and Gardeners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Applicants must be/have: ● Prior experience as a Housekeeper/Head Housekeeper in private households ● Experience in leading a team ● A valid driving licence.

Hours: Full-time. Monday – Friday, however, weekend cover is required 1-2 times per month, depending on the staff rota and family movements. Time-off in lieu will be provided.
