We are seeking an energetic dedicated housekeeper with high standards for our home.  This position is for one person only, with no dependent children, but with a partner who has their own occupation. 

You would be required to work 5 mornings a week and the role involves maintaining our home’s pristine condition which would include laundry, all general cleaning, running basic errands and occasionally helping with food preparation.  Occasional weekends, helping with dinner/lunch parties and airport runs would also be required.

This position is not suitable for a retired couple.  

This position is for a totally separate self-contained unfurnished one bedroom semi-detached cottage with  sitting room, dining room/study, bedroom and kitchen and garden with views over fields.  There is also space for a small workshop.

Council Tax, water and sewage is covered.  

Person specification

Proven experience as housekeeper with excellent references

Non smoker

Clean driving licence

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Hours 8.30am  till 1pm

Long term role

Flexible and happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
