A Sheltered Housing Scheme for older people.

We wish to appoint a Scheme Manager to run a 58 unit scheme in Paignton. The role provides support to tenants whilst enabling them to live independently. Experience of managing a sheltered housing environment or similar is essential along with good interpersonal and management skills. This is a challenging role in a busy scheme with a broad client base. 

We wish to fill this role as a residential position and a 3-bedroom flat is provided. However, we will also consider applications for a non-residential position. Candidates should clearly indicate whether their application is 'residential' or 'non-residential'.
