Manager / Management Couple
Salary starting from £35,000 / £60,000 per annum (Manager / Couple) 
To Start February 2023. 

Set in 2 acres of idyllic Worcestershire countryside, Kateshill House is a prestigious Grade 2 listed Georgian manor house built in 1740, with Royal connection and based within walking distance of the beautiful Georgian town of Bewdley, on the banks of the River Severn. 

The house boasts 21st Century comforts, however, still also retains most of the features from the original build. It has 7 bedrooms with ensuite facilities, and Wi-Fi throughout. Whilst functioning as a luxury guesthouse, the house also holds functions throughout the year, including weddings, seasonal events, and bespoke gatherings. 

Having recently been acquired by a new owner, we are now looking for a manager or management couple who are able to take Kateshill to the next level, with a wealth of fresh new ideas. 

The successful applicant will be responsible for the day to day running of the establishment, including arranging maintenance, breakfast and food services, staffing, recruitment and management of staff, cleaning, and general upkeep, keeping accurate records and maintaining a full and profitable guestbook. 

Experience in a similar role is a must, as the new management team will need to be able to hit the ground running, due to upcoming guest bookings and events. In return, the successful candidate, will have autonomy to run a profitable and unique guesthouse, with competitive pay and benefits, under the umbrella of a company with a portfolio of properties and a wealth of experience.
