Vacancy for a live-in Estate Person/couple on a beautiful estate in Leicestershire. To
include a newly refurbished detached 3-bedroom property with large private garden.

The full-time role will focus on maintenance around the estate. This position would suit an
experienced person who has a mechanical/farming background and enjoys working
outside. Duties include; Maintenance of Farm Machinery, Tractor driving to include rolling,
topping, harrowing. Fencing repairs, Tree Work, Spraying, Welding, Strimming, Minor
property maintenance. A full driver’s licence and a telehandler ticket are essential.
Additional training can be provided e.g. spraying, chainsaw, etc.

The part time role would suit a person who enjoys working outdoors with domestic
animals. Duties to include: Simple work to assist the gardener, Housekeeping duties
include washing, ironing, occasional cooking and overseeing the contract cleaners. Assist
with the care of a small family yard of horses, Occasional Dog Walking. Potential to
become a full time role.
