Wadham College, one of the largest Oxford colleges, has an exciting opportunity for a permanent, full time, live-in Residential Operations Manager. This position manages one of our residential developments for students and ensures the day-to-day supervision, administration, operation and maintenance of the residential site. Package: not less than £40,000 pa Salary Grade 5: £29,959- £35,116 per annum (discretionary to £38,249 pa) depending on qualifications and experience, plus free furnished accommodation (rental value approx. £12,000 pa). In addition the College pays an Oxford Weighting of a further £1,500 per year on top of this salary.
