Our mother is an active, intelligent, busy 87 year old, living independently in rural Gloucestershire, with family close by in the village. We are seeking a friendly, practical live-in companion to help her maintain her independence. Part-time housekeeping, light cooking, laundry/ wardrobe management, some admin, shopping, driving etc. Lots of free time as our mother is often away visiting children and grandchildren. Self-contained detached pretty cottage in the garden. Non-smokers only. Use of car. Situation could suit a flexible single person, or a couple working from home or with external part-time work, or retired but fit: terms by agreement.
