Couple or Single Person. No pets. 

Use of 1 Bedroom Basement flat, sitting room, kitchen, bathroom (Electricity, hot water & central heating, separate office and company telephone).

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (1 hour lunch)  Saturday Mornings:  2 hours.

Holidays: 4 weeks Holidays with dates to be agreed. 

 Duties:
The cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, polishing of all communal areas. In particular, the cleaning of all brass fittings inside and out. Liaising with contractors (email and phone) allowing access and ensuring contractors keep all areas clean and tidy.
Taking of meter readings, cleaning and upkeep of the communal laundry room. Liaising with residents, assisting managing agents where required and other duties as required. 

Salary: £20 /22,000 max due to included benefits.
