 HIGHLY EFFICIENT DOMESTIC COUPLE WANTED IN KENSINGTON – START ASAP

A large UHNW family are looking for a proactive couple to manage their property on a daily basis.

This role is best suited for a couple who enjoy working together, are flexible in sharing responsibilities, and are always willing to lend a helping hand wherever needed.

Duties and responsibilities will include, but aren’t exclusive to:

• Traditional housekeeping such as deep cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, looking after antiques, laundry and ironing

• Running errands, picking up groceries, airport runs and dropping off dry cleaning

• Overseeing contractor visits to the property and seeking quotes for maintenance jobs

• Supervision of all security arrangements of the main building and its related grounds

• Monitoring of appliances, machines, property systems, maintenance of the property and its outhouses to ensure smooth running of the property at all times (in anticipation of visits both scheduled and unexpected)

• Maintaining the garden

• Liaising with travelling staff when the clients are in residence

The hours offered are predominantly 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. However, when the client is in residence, flexibility is required.

The accommodation available is a two-bedroom flat, conveniently located on-site with its own private entrance.

The ideal couple will be proactive, reliable and have previously worked for UHNW in prior roles.

Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (flexibility to work over hours when the client is in residence)

Salary: £60,000 + gross per annum (DOE)
