A warm and discreet family are seeking an experienced live-in Domestic Couple to support the day-to-day running of their beautiful rural estate in the Cotswolds.

The role offers a long-term opportunity for a capable couple to manage high-level housekeeping and estate, grounds, and property maintenance. Responsibilities include household presentation, laundry and organisation, general maintenance and DIY, swimming pool and tennis court upkeep, pet care, driving and occasional family support. The couple will work alongside an established household and grounds team.
The ideal candidates will be professional, adaptable and hands-on, with proven experience in private households. High standards of discretion and presentation, and strong practical skills are required. Confident driving and the right to work in the UK are essential.

Start: August  2026 (flexible)
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days (including weekends, days off in lieu)

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Accommodation: Private, newly renovated three-bedroom cottage. All household bills except heating included. No dependants.
